Week 2-3: Design freeze + contract. 3D walkthrough rendered for every room (2-3 revisions included), material samples (plywood, hardware, counter, fabric, paint) hand-delivered for sign-off. Contract signed with: 30% advance + 40% on material delivery + 25% on installation + 5% on handover. 10-year warranty card text reviewed and signed.
Week 4-9: Material procurement + installation. Marine ply, shutters, hardware procured in 12-18 days. On-site installation runs 28-42 days for typical 2 BHK, 42-65 for 3-4 BHK. Project manager visits site daily, sends photo updates. You visit on weekends; no need to be present during weekday work.
