Cost control through transparent BOQ. Most independent construction quotes are square-foot-based (₹1,800/sqft etc.). Our construction quotes are itemised — every cement bag, every TMT bar batch, every brick load, every door frame priced separately. You can verify each line against market rates, change finish grades without renegotiating the whole quote, and never get surprised by mid-project additions.
Timeline you can plan around. A typical 1,800 sqft G+1 house build takes 9-14 months end-to-end. Our contract includes a target completion date with weekly milestone reporting. Delays beyond reasonable buffer trigger a penalty. Most independent Chennai contractors give no written timeline — and the project runs 50-80% over.
