Not a vague promise. We plan backwards from your target handover date and assign a production schedule with real milestones: design sign-off, factory fabrication, site delivery, installation, finishing, and snag-fixing.
Your project supervisor updates you every 3 days. You can see exactly where your kitchen or wardrobe is in the production chain. If something is running late, you hear from us first — not at handover.
We hit a clear timeline for standard projects. Full-home packages run 55–65 days depending on scope. Both timelines are agreed in writing before we start.

No outsourcing. Our carpenters, electricians, painters, and false-ceiling specialists are all Chennai-based — most of them have worked with us across 50+ projects.
When a pan-India interior company wins your project, they often subcontract execution to a local vendor they've never verified. That's when quality drops, timelines slip, and accountability disappears.
We don't do that. Your named supervisor knows every person entering your flat. If there's a problem on-site, you reach the supervisor directly — not a call centre.
Branded hardware on carpentry.
All modular carpentry — kitchen shutters, drawer channels, wardrobe hinges, loft mechanisms, TV unit panels — is covered under branded hardware with invoices.
A hinge goes loose? You call us. A drawer slide starts sticking after two years? You call us. We fix it, no charge. We don't route post-handover calls through a third-party service network.
Most Chennai interior companies offer 1–2 years on hardware and nothing on the carpentry itself. We cover both. Because if we're not confident in our work lasting a decade, we shouldn't be charging you for it.
